What is Teviron
Teviron is a synthetic fabric extracted from petroleum. Its chemical name is polyvinyl chloride. It was invented in Japan over 30 years ago. It has won many awards and recognition in Japan including the Ohkohchi Prize, the Macromolecule Society Prize, and the Onshi Invention Prize. The Onshi Invention prize was awarded by the late Japanese Emperor, Showa, to recognize Teviron's contribution to the Japan's economics and society.
The four unique properties of Teviron are Super Heat Insulation, Superior Water Permeability, Amazing Negative Ions, and Fire Retardant.
Superior Heat Insulation (Warmth)
Teviron's heat insulation property is unsurpassed. It was the inner garment of choice of the Japanese Mountaineer Team when scaling the Himalayas, and the Japanese challengers to the Arctic Circle. With poor heat insulation, heat dissipates off the body resulting in
